Full Car Detailing FAQ's
Does a full detail include clay bar treatment?
No. A clay bar treatment is not included in our standard Full Detail because not every vehicle requires this level of paint decontamination. However, it can be added to your appointment if your paint has bonded contaminants, feels rough to the touch, or needs additional preparation. This optional service removes buildup that regular washing cannot and leaves the exterior feeling cleaner and smoother.
Do you clean the trunk?
Yes. The trunk is included with the Full Detail, but this area is limited to vacuuming only. To have the trunk vacuumed, all personal belongings, storage bins, tools, bags, and any other items must be removed before the appointment. If there are any spills, stains, or messes in the trunk that need to be deep cleaned, an additional charge may apply depending on the condition and level of cleaning needed.
Do you clean vomit, urine, or biohazard mess?
Yes. We do clean urine, vomit, and other biohazard-related messes. For these types of situations, we highly recommend adding Hot Water Extraction to the service. This is important because the mess usually does not stay on the surface. Liquids can soak deep into the fabric, foam, and cushioning. Hot Water Extraction helps flush out and pull up the contamination from beneath the surface, helping remove odor-causing bacteria and reducing the smell at the source instead of only cleaning what you can see.
Can you remove pet hair?
Yes. Pet hair removal is part of the deep-cleaning process when needed. The amount of time required depends on how heavily the hair is embedded throughout the carpet, seats and other interior surfaces.
Can you remove stains from car seats and carpet?
We shampoo seats and floor mats as part of our Full Detail to address minor staining. For deeper or more stubborn stains, Hot Water Extraction can be added to clean deeper into fabric seats, carpets and mats. Complete stain removal cannot always be guaranteed because results depend on the material, stain type and how long it has been present.
Do you steam clean car interiors?
Yes. Steam cleaning is included as part of our Full Detail and is used on appropriate interior surfaces to help loosen grime, food residue and buildup in detailed areas throughout the cabin.
