Yes. Before your appointment, please remove any personal belongings from the cabin, including larger items like car seats, bags, clothing, toys, and anything stored on the seats or floors. We also ask that you empty the center console, glove box, door pockets, and any storage compartments you would like cleaned.
Does upholstery cleaning remove odors?
Upholstery cleaning can reduce or eliminate odors when the source is located within the seats, carpets, or other fabric surfaces. However, odors that have deeply penetrated the cabin—including the padding, headliner, hard surfaces, or ventilation system—may require our dedicated Odor Removal service. We assess the source and severity of the odor to recommend the most effective treatment for your vehicle.
Do you clean vomit, urine, or biohazard mess?
Yes, we clean vomit, urine, and other biohazard-related messes. If the contamination has spread to door panels, trim, or other hard surfaces, we recommend adding an Interior Detail to ensure the entire affected area of the cabin receives a thorough cleaning.
Do you clean leather seats?
Yes. Leather seat cleaning is included in our Upholstery Cleaning service when you only need the seats, carpets, and floor mats cleaned. The service remains the same, but we adjust our cleaning process based on the seat material. Instead of using fabric shampoo and extraction, leather seats are treated with leather-safe products and specialized techniques that remove dirt, oils, and buildup without oversaturating or damaging the surface.
Will every stain come out completely?
While we use professional-grade products, equipment, and stain-removal techniques, we cannot guarantee that every stain will be removed completely. Results depend on the type of stain, its severity, how long it has been present, and how deeply it has penetrated the material. Our goal is to safely remove or significantly improve each stain without causing damage to the upholstery.
Do you clean child car seats?
Yes. Child car seat cleaning is available as an add-on to our interior detailing services for an additional $25 per seat. We carefully vacuum and clean the accessible fabric and plastic surfaces to remove crumbs, dirt, spills, and everyday buildup.
