Do i need to remove personal items before my appointment?
Yes. Before your appointment, please remove any personal belongings from the cabin, including larger items like car seats, bags, clothing, toys, and anything stored on the seats or floors. We also ask that you empty the center console, glove box, door pockets, and any storage compartments you would like cleaned.
Do you clean the trunk?
Yes. The trunk is included with the Interior Detail, but this area is limited to vacuuming only. To have the trunk vacuumed, all personal belongings, storage bins, tools, bags, and any other items must be removed before the appointment. If there are any spills, stains, or messes in the trunk that need to be deep cleaned, an additional charge may apply depending on the condition and level of cleaning needed.
Do you clean vomit, urine, or biohazard mess?
Yes. We do clean urine, vomit, and other biohazard-related messes. For these types of situations, we highly recommend adding Hot Water Extraction to the service. This is important because the mess usually does not stay on the surface. Liquids can soak deep into the fabric, foam, and cushioning. Hot Water Extraction helps flush out and pull up the contamination from beneath the surface, helping remove odor-causing bacteria and reducing the smell at the source instead of only cleaning what you can see.
Do you offer maintenance cleanings after an interior detail?
Yes. After your Interior Detail, we do offer maintenance cleanings to help keep your vehicle looking and feeling clean on a regular basis. Maintenance cleanings are a great option if you want to keep up with the results of your detail and avoid heavy buildup from returning.
